  • 60-minute initial consultation
  • 4 Ć— 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • A bespoke Health Optimisation Plan, reviewed and refined over time
  • Handouts, recipes and practical guidance to support consistency
  • Supplement and testing recommendations where appropriate
  • Written session summaries
  • Planned check-ins between sessions to review progress and adjust direction
